Guoquan YANG holds a Master’s degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications and has over ten years of experience within the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) system, handling numerous high-profile intellectual property matters.
He focuses on patent infringement litigation, patent invalidation, patent analysis, and patent pool and technical standard planning, with extensive experience in high-technology intellectual property disputes.
Guoquan YANG has received advanced training in U.S. patent law at the University of New Hampshire School of Lawand U.S.-based IP institutions, as well as in European and German patent law at VOSSIUS & PARTNER. He is a frequent speaker at international IP conferences and has delivered presentations at forums organized by judicial authorities and international trade promotion institutions.
He also serves as a lecturer for a national patent practitioners association and has participated in international professional activities as a representative of AIPPI China, serving leading international technology enterprises and major telecommunications operators.
