Mr. Zhang graduated from Fudan University and pursued post-graduate study of International Finance and Investment in Durum University of Britain. Mr. Zhang had ever worked for Ernst Young and the credit department of headquarter of ICBC for many years respectively. After that, Mr. Zhang joined New Horizon Capital (a leading PE investment fund) and engaged in equity investment in early and mature stages of high-end manufacturing, medicine, machinery, TMT and consumption. He later turned to the profession of legal counselling and established Beyond Talent IP Agent, Beyond Talent Patent Agent and Bridgeon Law Firm. He led the team in providing high-quality IP counselling for many listed companies, governmental organizations, and scientific institutions. He keeps a good business partnerships with many law firms and investment institution located in China. Mr. Zhang has a wide networking in legal profession and financial field. He gained the title of Registered Technology Transfer Professional in 2015 and held the position as Director of Intellectual Property Committee of China Productivity Promotion Centre in the same year.
