Feitian VS Infosec and Argusec
Represented Feitian Technologies Co., Ltd in bringing a series of legal actions against Infosec and Argusec for their infringement of the patents owned by Feitian. Regarding Feitian’s patent “Implementation Method for Signature Equipment and Operation Instruction” (200910089302.X)”, the Beijing Intellectual Property Court made a judgment of the first case to cease the infringement of Infosec and Argusec in favor of Feitian and awarded a damage over RMB 2 million (USD 310000). In the meantime, we also successfully defended the validities of the patents of Feitian against Infosec before the PRB.
